1. Shipping & Handling
Shipping & Handling Cost
All orders are shipped via USPS ground shipping unless otherwise specified or requested.
Shipping & Processing Time
a. For Postal Bottle Collections and Design your own Postal Bottles
The processing time is 2-3 business days
(Monday – Friday). Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays and
they do not count towards processing times. All orders are shipped through USPS
ground shipping unless otherwise specified or requested. If another shipping
method is requested by the customer the cost will be applied to the order. The

Damaged or lost shipments
You agree to provide us with your correct shipping address information in order to guarantee delivery. Postal Bottles, Inc. cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping caused by inaccurate shipping address information or the misrouting of your package by USPS. You also agree that Postal Bottles, Inc. is not responsible for shipments that have been damaged or lost by USPS. We are determined to assist you with the prompt replacement of your order. Any replacements will incur in additional charges, including shipping cost.
Signature for delivery
Please note that a signature is not required for the delivery of your order but we cannot guarantee that USPS will leave your package without your signature. Requirements set forth by USPS are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delay in your delivery. You furthermore agree that we are not responsible for any damage or theft of your packages left at the address the packages has been shipped to.
2. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Changes to your order
Cancellations, Refunds and Returns
Please note that orders may only be cancelled and/or returned upon calling customer service on 954-805-5565. We cannot guarantee a refund if you did not contact us and the order has already been processed.
a. For Postal Bottle Collections or Design your own Postal Bottles
Returns can only be accepted in unused condition and must be returned within 14 days of you receiving the shipment. No partial returns can be accepted. Once we received the return shipment, a refund of all items will be issued reduced by a 25 % restocking fee and shipping cost. In the unfortunate event of a return, it is your responsibility to pay for any return shipping cost and any other cost associated with the return shipment. We do not provide any return shipping labels.
b. For Customized Postal Bottles
You agree that due to the custom nature of these items, all orders are final. In the event you decide to cancel your order before the design work is complete or approved, we will issue a refund of all items. We are not able to issue any refunds once the design approval has been received.
Replacement Items
You agree to inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt. If there are any items missing, please contact customer service on 954-805-5565 no later than three days of receiving your order. We then ship any replacement item(s) via USPS ground shipping at no additional charge to you. You have the option to upgrade the shipping method but are responsible for the difference in shipping cost.
Changes to your Order
In the event you wish to increase the quantity or change the selection of your order, you may do so by contacting customer service on 954-805-5565. Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes to your existing order but you can place an additional order if you wish. In the event you need to decrease your order quantity or we cannot make changes to your order if it has shipped. Please refer to the cancellation, return and refund policy.
3. Order, Approval & Payment
a.For Postal Bottle Collections and Design your own Postal Bottles
Simply select the items of your choice and place your order on www.postalbottles.com, over the phone at 954-805-5565 or via fax at 954-440-0423 using our order sheet, which can be found online or can be faxed to you upon request. Your order will be processed once payment has been received in full.
No additional artwork approvals are needed if you select images from our Postal Bottle Collection or Design your own Postal Bottles.
Orders will be shipped to the address you indicated as your shipping address. You will receive emails if we have an email address on file for you that will provide you with updates of your order status. Please know that you can always contact us to find out about your order status should you have any questions.
b. For Customized Postal Bottles
If you choose to provide us with your design, you warrant that you have the legal right to reproduce logos or other images associated with your order. You also certify that the reproduction of any images submitted to us does not infringe on any other company’s rights. If any legal dispute arise that pertain to the illegal use of copyright or trademark infringements, you agree to defend the claim at your sole expense. You further agree to pay any damages and cost assessed against Postal Bottles, Inc. as a result of such a lawsuit or proceeding. You also agree to hold Postal Bottles, Inc. harmless in such a lawsuit or proceeding.
If you are placing an order that is customized specifically for you, you are asked to review the proof(s) in detail and instruct us to proceed with the order.
All payments must be received in full before the order is processed and shipped to the address you indicated as your shipping address. Special arrangements can be made were we accept 50% of the amount due at the time of placing the order and the remaining 50% before shipping. You will receive emails if we have an email address on file for you that will provide you with updates of your order status. Please know that you can always contact us to find out about your order status should you have any questions.
